Pete is an experienced corporate finance professional with over 30 years of financial management experience, mainly in major US and European financial institutions. He has completed more than $2 Billion in successful financings across a wide range of industrial sectors.
He is the founding Principal of Ardentis and is an Independent Director of a publicly owned Business Development Corporation in New York (NYSE: CION).
Previously, he sat on the Board of two shipping companies and has been non executive Chairman overseeing the successful turnaround of a specialized telecommunication company.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds an MBA from City University Business School in London (now Bayes Business School).
